Campus Team (Staff & Interns)
Our campus team works with students from across Ireland to navigate the complexities of student life. We work to nurture students in their faith and support them as they live it out on campus.

Do an Internship
Take a year to experience the excitement of growing in your faith and being on mission with a vibrant and caring team. Our internship gets you out on campus, while fuelling you with high quality training. The year will help you grow in confidence, in boldness and in experience, working as part of a team.
Grow Your Faith
Agapé interns work from the centrality of their personal relationship with God. You will grow deeper in biblical studies and practice.

The year offers chances to build your strengths, while challenging you to try new things and build fresh skills.
Find Ministry Partners
We provide training for our interns to connect with people in their networks who will support them prayerfully and financially. As our staff and interns will attest God will provide all your needs for the path He is calling you on.

Digital, Communications & Social Media Team
Agapé Ireland would like to grow our newly-formed Communications team. We are looking for full-time and part-time people to work with us to increase the visibility of our work to help people to discover Jesus together.
The team’s objectives include:
- Increasing our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook & Tik-Tok
- Raising awareness of Agapé’s work with churches across Ireland
- Sharing positive impact stories from our interactions with those we engage with
- Improving the ways we communicate with students on campus about the love of Jesus

Digital, Communications & Social Media Team
Become a Digital Strategies Leader
The Digital Strategies Leader is entrusted with providing spiritual and strategic leadership for Digital Strategies in Agapé Ireland. The primary objective of this role is to expand and sustain missional reach by employing digital approaches, principles, and tools across all audiences.

Agapé Ireland also operates a website and a financial giving site. If your skillset/experience falls within website design and maintenance we would be delighted to talk to you about a part-time role in this area.

LeaderImpact
LeaderImpact is Agapé Ireland’s ministry to support those in leadership roles in the workplace in Ireland. Leaders invite and challenge other leaders to meet regularly together in order to grow personally, professionally and spiritually and thereby have greater influence.
Through one-on-one connections, small groups, workshops, events and on-going communication, the LeaderImpact network is growing and having an impact in cities around the world.

Over the next few years, we are looking for full-time and part-time people to help support this ministry in a number of different ways, including:
- Helping to develop a network of executive level leaders who are actively sharing their faith as an expression of their personal ministry.
- Helping to support our LeaderImpact small groups across Dublin and in other parts of Ireland.
- Helping to present the Gospel to people in leadership roles, through events or one-on-one meetings.

Finance & Administration Team
If your skillset and interests include financial management and/or administration, we would be delighted to have your support. This includes accounting, payroll, donor management, reporting, data entry, policy writing and helping to organise internal and external events.
Our finance and administration team members provide vital support for the day-to-day functioning of Agapé Ireland. It would be challenging for our frontline staff to focus on their responsibilities, without the support of our back-office team keeping track of their donations, expense reports and helping with other administrative tasks.

Volunteer Opportunities with Agapé Ireland
Throughout the year, Agapé Ireland runs projects, conferences and various student events.
These include:
- Our Camino de Santiago group walks (May/June)
- Our Lahinch surfing weekend (October)
- The annual Agapé Ireland showcase event (September)
Join the madness by cooking on a retreat, or running admin. for a conference/event, or become an online mentor or setting up camp for pilgrims on the Camino walk. There are many volunteer opportunities to serve God with Agapé Ireland, whatever your skillset or interest.
You bring your skills, ideas and passions and we look forward to working together to inspire people to discover Jesus.
